What H2Tab Tablets Are
Each tablet contains elemental magnesium and a natural acid blend derived from apples, grapes, and beets. When you drop a tablet in water, the magnesium reacts with the acid to produce molecular hydrogen gas, which dissolves into the water as millions of nanobubbles. The reaction takes about 60-90 seconds.
